Fundraising

The PTA helps our school fund a variety of items that go above the finances provided by the county's budget.  For example, we provide thousands of dollars towards instructional technology and materials for the students, we provide reimbursement for teachers who spend their own money for supplies in their classroom, and we host teacher appreciation events throughout the year.  

Where do the funds come from?

Teachers, families, and local businesses work together to accomplish these goals by:

• Participating in no cost fundraisers detailed below 
• Donations from Friends & Family during yearly Fun Run

nO COST FUNDRAISERS

Kroger donates to Nicholson Elementary through their Community Rewards program.  If you’ve already registered your Kroger Plus Card, you will see the organization you are donating to on the bottom of your receipt.  If you haven't registered go to www.kroger.com/communityrewards, sign in or create an account and click "Enroll Now".  Search for Nicholson Elementary PTA and a proceed of your shopping purchases will go back to our school! 

Publix donations to Nicholson Elementary through their Publix Partners program.  Simply log into your Publix account (or create one!), go to "Settings" under your profile.  Choose Publix Partner at the bottom of the page and select Nicholson Elementary.  Pay with the Publix app or enter your phone number at check out, and Publix will donate a portion of eligible purchases back to our school!
